• Billing address
• Device and fault information
• Device photos
• Communication within service cases

Purpose of processing

We process personal data solely for the purpose of providing service – device intake, diagnosis, repair, customer communication and invoicing.

Retention period

Data is retained for the duration of the repair warranty, minimum 3 years. Invoice data is retained as required by law (10 years).
